Inside Sales Executive
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, developing strong customer relationships, and guiding clients to the right equipment and solutions for their commercial kitchens. You will work closely with our outside sales team, project managers, and purchasing department to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to inbound phone and email inquiries from customers
Make outbound calls to follow up on quotes, re-engage previous clients, and generate new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
Generate quotes, process orders, and follow up on outstanding proposals
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to source products and ensure timely delivery
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Maintain detailed records in the CRM system
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management (experience in foodservice or equipment sales is a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable making outbound sales calls and conducting follow-ups
Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
A team player with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
