Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role will involve developing and managing your own book of business, while ensuring customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities:
Client Development: Proactively generate leads and build new client relationships. Leverage your leadership skills to guide your team in securing business and expanding our client base.
Customer Guidance: Assist clients in selecting the right equipment to meet their needs, ensuring they receive tailored and effective solutions. Model best practices for your team in providing top-notch customer service.
Collaboration: Work closely with in-house teams and third-party service providers to deliver exceptional service and solutions. Foster a collaborative environment and a positive energy across departments.
Customer Service: Oversee and ensure outstanding service throughout project installation and service phases. Address and resolve any issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to enhance customer lifetime value and drive repeat business.
Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of trends and advancements in the food service industry. Share insights with your team to ensure they remain knowledgeable and competitive.
