Director of Marketing
The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading the marketing function and driving brand growth across all channels. This role oversees the development of a high-performing team, the creation of scalable marketing processes, and the execution of strategies that deliver measurable results. The Director will ensure alignment across marketing efforts, build systems to track performance, and report on return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate the existing marketing team and structure; identify gaps and hire for key roles
Develop and implement core marketing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency
Execute the brand platform and messaging across all marketing channels and materials
Ensure integration and alignment across digital, social, content, events, email, and other marketing efforts
Build marketing analytics tools and reporting systems to monitor and improve performance
Achieve and maintain a positive return on all marketing investments
Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Sales, Product, and Creative to support business goals
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources for maximum impact
Qualifications
5-6 years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in a Manager role
Proven experience developing and leading multi-channel marketing strategies
Track record of building and managing high-performing marketing teams
Proficiency in marketing analytics and platforms
Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and departments
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI
Experience in B2B, ecommerce, or retail industries is an advantage
