A leading provider in the commercial construction and equipment industry is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Construction Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in construction sales, particularly those skilled in building strategic relationships and managing complex sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with general contractors and key decision-makers in the construction space.
- Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and bids to evaluate opportunities and deliver accurate quotes.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial construction sector while leveraging an existing network of industry contacts.
- Represent the company in a professional and engaging manner during client meetings, presentations, site visits, and business development activities.
- Collaborate with internal project and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution from proposal to completion.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and consultative selling.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in construction sales, preferably in the commercial or foodservice equipment industry.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.
- Experience managing long sales cycles and negotiating project-based deals.
