Construction Sales Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Construction Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction sales who excels at building strategic relationships and managing complex, project-based sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with general contractors and key decision-makers.
Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and bids to evaluate opportunities and deliver accurate quotes.
Proactively identify and pursue new business within the commercial construction sector while leveraging an existing network of contacts.
Represent the company in a professional, engaging manner during meetings, presentations, site visits, and business development activities.
Partner with internal project and operations teams to ensure smooth execution from proposal through completion.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and consultative selling.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in construction sales, ideally within commercial or foodservice equipment.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; natural ability to build rapport and trust.
Experience managing long sales cycles and negotiating large, project-based deals.
