Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience: Create a pleasant and engaging experience for every customer.
Product Knowledge: Assist walk-in customers with detailed information about our products and services, including design, projects, large equipment, small wares, and paper goods.
Inquiry Response: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and in-store visits.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed annual sales targets, focusing on profitability, inventory turnover, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Strategic Execution: Implement strategic plans to meet sales goals as directed by the Retail Sales Manager.
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, and work to expand our customer base.
Needs Assessment: Understand customers’ business needs and effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
