Truck Driver and Inside Delivery
Edison, NJ - Full Time
Culinary Depot is hiring a full-time Truck Driver & Inside Delivery to handle deliveries, inside deliveries, and installations of commercial kitchen equipment. This is a hands-on role with heavy lifting and direct customer interaction. Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate company trucks to deliver commercial equipment to customer locations
- Perform inside deliveries, including moving equipment into customer facilities and designated installation areas
- Load, unload, and install products accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all installations meet quality, safety, and company standards
- Interact professionally with customers on-site and address basic questions or concerns
- Complete delivery and installation paperwork accurately and on time
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and installation teams to meet daily schedules
Basic Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience driving a box truck or larger (required)
- Prior experience driving in New York City preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy commercial equipment (required for inside delivery and installation work)
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish
Compensation
- $24.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience
