Tradeshow Coordinator
Culinary Depot is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Tradeshow Events Coordinator to oversee the strategic planning, execution, and performance measurement of all tradeshow and event initiatives. This role plays a key part in elevating our brand presence, strengthening vendor relationships, and driving lead generation through high-impact event experiences.
Working cross-functionally with the Marketing, Sales, and Logistics teams, the Tradeshow Events Coordinator will manage all phases of event execution—from researching new opportunities and managing booth logistics to coordinating promotional efforts and post-event reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Planning
- Maintain and regularly update the company’s live tradeshow and events calendar
- Research and evaluate new tradeshow and industry event opportunities that align with business goals
- Lead pre-event planning meetings and develop comprehensive project timelines
Event Coordination & Execution
- Oversee booth layout, design, materials, and branding in alignment with company standards
- Coordinate staffing schedules, travel arrangements, and accommodations for event personnel
- Manage shipment, tracking, and return of equipment and show inventory
- Ensure on-site execution is seamless and professional
Vendor & Partnership Management
- Collaborate with vendor partners to secure booth sponsorships and product representation
- Track and manage vendor participation, funding contributions, and logistical support
Marketing & Communication
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute pre-show promotions and post-event follow-up campaigns
- Ensure timely communication of event details to internal stakeholders
Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Track and reconcile all event-related costs, including total event spend and booth-specific expenses
- Collect and analyze event data, including lead counts, attendance figures, and ROI
- Administer post-event surveys and compile internal feedback to assess performance and areas of improvemen
